To create longer drives, great golf swingspeed and longevity in the game it is essential to focus on golf fitness training. If not monitored properly and strength training can bring you some unnecessary results.
The most important part of Golf Fitness training I am going to talk about is the importance of having a strong core. This is your midsection that I'm talking about. Most people usually think that having big guns and pecks does the trick. But are never aware that having a strong core creates the power to execute absolute power.
I'm going to give you some very specific information to help you go out there and drive the ball out of the driving range.
First thing is first, check your diet, and check what you are eating. It is a waste of time working out if you eat fast-food on a regular basis. You will not get results. Trust me on this one. They go hand in hand.
Look to eat foods with low fat and high levels of pure protein for example lean meats, peanuts and boiled eggs, also fish. These foods contain pure sources of protein to help repair muscle tissue after a work out. Recovery is really important. Very important also to drink plenty of water to replenish the body.
I am assuming now that you have your diet sorted,now I highly recommend a swiss ball for ab and back exercises.Please seek the advice of a personal trainer if you are unsure of how to use a swiss ball. There are many ab workout machines out there but I highly recommend a swiss ball. A swiss ball can be used to build on other muscle groups aswel to create even more power and a more flexible rotation in your swing.
